After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Items typically ship within 3-4 business days of receipt of the order.

We have experienced challenges due to the impact of COVID on all shipping and logistics so we recommend placing orders with additional time for delivery.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to that order.
You can, however, request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need.
To request cancellation, reach out to info@clochar.ru right away, and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

If it delivery from courier in Tbilisi or Moscow, we will glad to replace your order for you. Please write a message to info@clochar.ru. Other ocassions unfortunately depends from the delivery not from us, we cannot replace your order.

If your package has been lost in transit or if an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and goes missing (whether lost or stolen), we are not responsible for the loss.
